Perinatal Provider Consultation

We recognize that each client case that prompts consultation is unique and thus requires individualized approaches to treatment plan development.

This service is specifically for healthcare providers needing to consult with a perinatal mental health-certified psychiatric provider regarding their established patient.

Cancellation Policy

For those without insurance or covered by a different insurance plan than BCBS, Aetna, or Evernorth/Cigna we are currently considered “out-of-network.” This includes Medicare and Medicaid (OHP).

Please be advised that as a “fee for service” practice, full payment is expected at the time of service.

Sometimes insurance policies reimburse clients for out-of-network visits at a percentage.

If you would like to seek reimbursement, we are happy to provide documentation of services rendered, a "superbill," for you to submit to your insurance company.

Sagacious Strategies will not submit documentation to out-of-network insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy

No Show

The following fees will be charged for visits canceled without 24-hour notice:

$150 per 30-minute visit
$175 per 50-minute visit

Please notify us as soon as you recognize you will not be able to attend your scheduled visit. Our goal is to optimize access to mental health services for each patient.
